These were days in the Vogtland visit our relatives. My big cousin runs genealogy, and learned of the priest that the name / hum / unfortunately only up to the year 1800 ...? Can be traced back (everything else would cost a lot of money-holding church) but show all the stately ancestral portraits, very big, bulky guys who are called in the East as "/ / hum it." Possibly the name refers to the particularly handsome physique.
